I have been a practicing construction law attorney for the past twenty years.
As a practicing trial lawyer, I have taken to trial, arbitrated, mediated and/or
resolved thousands of construction-related disputes.

In addition to being a trial attorney, I frequently conduct educational seminars
on Mechanic's Lien law for attorneys, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.

I am also the founder of Master Liens; a construction document preparation service specializing in the preparation of 20-Day Preliminary Lien Notices, Mechanic's Liens, Stop Notices and Payment Bond Notices.

I am a former member of the American Subcontractors Association and current
member of the Southern California Lath & Plaster Association. I am a former
arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association in addition to being a retired general contractor, and plastering and drywall contractor.

I am also an active member of the Elks Club, Lions Club and Safari Club International.
